I have a funny feeling I'll be wagoned by scum for an easy vote just because OM and Schia read me now. (if they aren't scum themselves) This post serves as a deterrent to that. nuuu i lost my post too I hate when this happens anyways I just wanted to say the read on brady1014 is going too well imo maybe it is a scumpushed read moreover many people who sl them are just saying don't mind me idk what to do anything anyways this is kinda a like forum mafia strategy trying to be like ur new Meanwhile I think I am gonna stay on arby cuz this line just makes them more scummy not really much a slean I will get off them I find a better lynch |

Alright let me try and do some stuff before I go to bed for the night
My first couple of posts were mainly just shit posty stuff, I was trying to play off the theme that Fen+ Schia were scum (which looking back I could’ve tried better phrasing to make it much more obviously a one, but hindsight is 20/21) and aside from that I just wanted to diversify the voting pool since it was still really early to day start and piling onto one lynch didn’t seem entirely productive when we had less than 2 pages of info.
Briefly reading through the pages, 3 main things / people stick out to me.
Sheep+Arby+Brady
Sheep is definitely the one that i’m still not entirely sure about, because they seem to have a mix of some filler and then some points on schia and brady (that both kind of strike me the wrong way) but there are some specific sheep posts that just give me a strong vibe. The one that immediately comes to mind is the one that ends with (maybe im being a hypocrite- something something) the way it was phrased came off as genuine in my opinion.
From what i’ve seen their main issue with schia just seems to be schias interaction with newer players (correct me if i’m wrong there). Which doesn’t strike me any weird way, especially since it just seems like more of a welcoming thing then any sort of strategy
And i’ll touch on this more in a second, but I still don’t entirely understand the Brady read. To me their posts seemed to be concise and just brought up good / relative points. Nothing struck me as obviously anti town or trying to pocket anyone. And this coming from a bit of bias but making points / asking for reads/ more information from someone doesn’t seem inherently scummy to me, I don’t read it as scum trying to distract from real reads as much as I read it as Town wanting more info so they can better use their reads.
And i’ll be completely honest, Arby is more of a gut/ tone read than anything else. The way most of their posts have come across, just seem either sly at worst or just neutral/ filler stuff at best. And as much I don’t like Sheep’s takes on brady, Arby’s seem to somehow feel worse, and this might be because I alread had a suspicion of arby while reading his thoughts on brady, but they just seem to echo what has already been said with nothing really new to be added.
TLDR: Y’all post too much, so i’m making a big wall post before I sleep. My first initial posts were just bad attempts at trying comedy/ trying to be more unique in presentation, and after briefly reading the day so far Brady is a TL ( for bringing up good points and not really beating around the bush at all, and because they are being targeted by people who i’m not certain are town) and Arby is a SL mainly for tonal/ gut reasons and it’s only elevated by their weird read on brady

Especially when the largest amount of your post is on Sheep and it feels like you just don't understand his POV vs scum or town leaning him. I am assuming you SL them, but I'd like to see you go over those "strong vibes" posts. Arby read is... interesting. I feel like his later posts kinda give a townier vibe vs. his early to midgame. Thoughts there? |

I’m a little hurt that you came after my pfp like that, out of the all things you could’ve chosen and you picked violence. I was gonna vote fenrir but he already has votes on him, and I don’t care if you are mafia or town you’ll die night 1 either way (Dont think I forgot about that time you sent the night kill on yourself in a mafia game once when we were playing a CS) Besides I hate confrontation, so Ocean was the ideal vote Come at me. You'll get clapped but don't be afraid to get clapped  OM and Brady get to be town for now in italics, Winsy gets to be town in italics with the phrase "in italics" in italics. Jury's still out on Arby and actively trying to determine how I feel about Schia. Scorrching is giving me scumvibes. I'll go into more detail with this in a Fenrir Wall when I'm coherent enough (probably in the dead of night). Can't seem to find the link to our scumchat thread, so I'm just gonna respond to this here if that's alright. -I think scum!scorrch is actually a possibility here as well, though for me I think it's a bit of a question of "with who?" I won't ask for specifics on the read bc if we're actually masons instead of goons, then I think we're noticing the same thing. -Call it vanity, but the only other read here I have questions about is your read on me. I think it makes sense that you would still need to iron out how you read me this game. I think it would also be pretty cool if you did some of that thinking here in thread. Y'know. Aloud. |

I think we should all stop filtering our reads through buzzwords and instead we should say what's on our minds. I think we should talk about our feelings. For example, I could say "Pass is posting IIoA [x]", but instead I will just say I think it's weird that his wallpost is mostly just observations and variations on "I don't know what to think of this but it stands out", as opposed to actual substantial opinions! I think this is problematic because it means that you can't really dispute much of what he's said, but it also doesn't really tell you much about his actual stance on the other players. I think it makes sense for town to be unsure, but I feel like in that situation, you would expect town to spend more energy trying to get sure. I feel like it would be helpful if Pass went back through the thread and picked out some specific posts that are shaping his reads, and maybe even gave a full reads list. I feel like Scorrch should also post a full reads list! |

i agree with what flood said wrt the arby wagon, but i dont feel like schia/om can be trd this early esp because their interactions have not been particularly natural (insert quote of schia talking to om) I like this read, and I like it more bc it came from you. dont want to waste time showing other quotes but them talking to each other d1 seemed weird... not saying both of them are scum i'd also think the sheep slot deserved as much attention as ocean (who has garnered 2 votes), since the former hasn't provided any serious contribution. building on that, fos on anyone who spent the majority of their posts on the whole pocketing discussion. i also like the ptsd slot so far, but not sure if we can look at teams and stuff this early in the game with no flips. |

I like your thoughts on the Schia/OM interaction but it comes across as really a product of their shared gameplaying experience to me. I don’t see that being readable at least for now. Also the Ocean slot has only received votes for lurking tbh from PTSD and Scorr. I don’t see any kind of push and the attention really isn’t there tbh. I see this wagon dying before day end. I do have a townread on Ocean tbh based on the few good posts that he’s made tbh. I can quote them if needed later. |

For the ptsd take, i can totally understand where that idea comes from, however, the way they worded the wanting to get reads strikes me as completely off from what a regular read check should be.
