it does appear that vp's fos on schia makes no sense i would like to know why articu is obvtown if there's a real read behind that good post For reasons previously stated, I will not state whether my post is good or bad, but I will do as I have done in previous posts and give some more insight. I personally believe that there is a decent chance of arti being town, but I don't think this exempts him from being pushed to provide more meaningful content, or more specifically, to stop engaging in behaviors that can be said to be antitown and to begin engaging in behaviors that can be said to be protown. I personally believe that the possibility of arti being town has, at this point in the game, not reached a tipping point where it can be said to outweigh the possibility of him being scum. I personally question the endgoal of calling a slot like his obvtown when a fair deal of pressure has been applied to the slot, but said pressure has mostly only come from two players, neither of which has supplied a committed read to the slot. I personally question the reasoning that got you from "articuknight is a player" to "articuknight is a player who is obviously aligned with the town" |

It still doesn't explain how you are townreading Vet based on their activity (and why) A bit weird how vertigo manages to not read what micro said about vet in full, and mentions just the activity part. They’ve yet to follow back on this topic since then. Also just noticed that they hadn’t voted micro kek. This entire read revolved around a vertigo scumlean/scumread on micro with the reasoning of “they only talked about activity” |

These are my new gut town reads: quo, litt, kaif Then there's articun who is obvious town After skimming only recently I couldn't actually remember seeing much from PTSD or Articun and so upon seeing VP make a post calling Articun "obvious town" and voting for PTSD as scum I decided to go back through to see if I just missed anything on either of those slots. I really cannot see how Articun is "obvious town" in this position, if anything I'd be more willing to suspect them as scum here based on how they've loosely defended themselves when called out and earlier and the (poorly mad) iioa post from them as well that looked more like an attempt to pad space and seem towny than to actually contribute. As for PTSD I'm really not sure how VP could read them at all based on their "energy" when only half a day has gone by and they've only made one joke post at all, which feels like something PTSD does at the start of d1 from my experience with them anyway. As for their gut reads on Quo, Litt, and Kaif, those three are all just good players typically, so gut reading them without much to actually base it on doesn't really do us anything imo, if anything it feels more like VP trying to look like they have reads that make sense without having much basis to back it up, which could also be said of the vote on PTSD and the "obvious town" Articun. |
