gary partnerships doesnt make sense with anyone who spoke thus far frankly,idg why he soft defends clemens this way,attacks myan,and schia/fenrir both gave me reasons to think gary isnt partnered with them,i feel he might be scum but not a good shot today was rereading moto's stuff bc i think this is one of those times where it's just like The Right Call to go back and revist earlygame junk in the context of current flips
i still feel kind of ick abt some of gary's first few posts, the "relevance?" one sticks out but moreso bc it's in this pattern of like, denigratory/aspersive posting - stuff that does more to derogate from people's solving attempts w/o like, making a leveled critique against it and pointing toward some other preferred path.
like, it's the difference between looking at someone's outfit and going "really?" as opposed to, say, "oh, you know i would've worn a different pair of shoes with that belt" or even like "ugh god i hate that color on you" - it's not strictly constructive or even just like a statement of disagreement/personal distaste; the function is dismissive.
i've been asking after the topic of team composition for a while now & i'm pulling this up bc i Do think tbh that there's a world where a w!gary partnered with toni takes this approach with clem as a third - like if you're someone who wants to keep the thread on a leash, and your partners are low-influence wolves, i think a lot of gary's posting makes sense

Okay I lied, I do remember a game I played Knight-Errant d1 I was wolf with Toni and he got eliminated d1, tbf avoidable had I not started a needless bus (mb on that :grimacing: ) But from what I recall no volume issues there While back but can’t imagine why that’d change unless he’s developed wolfing anxiety for some reason I'm poking fun at him for a game where I had to carry him and Easyonthehills/epicsbirkax because they couldn't produce as wolves reiterating that in the game in question, i hardbussed them both
