rssp won, post restriction usually go on any people who have b-r-o-k-e-n a rule. In my case it was Rule 8, V 2.(2)

The post restriction is done for the sole reason of making me incoherent. I'm actually not folowing it completely now, it kicks in so to speak once an unknown trigger is reached. Then I can be modkilled for failing to comply.
