1000 CardsWelcome to 1000 Cards. The Minigame to celebrate the fact that this is my 1000th post on the Mafia Forums!
1000 Cards basically works like Cards Against Humanity, but in Forum style. Everyone who has signed up, is PMd eight cards. Each round, you have to give a (unique) card for a blank card, aka a statement with a missing word / phrase. After everyone has submitted (or after deadline), I pick the funniest / most fitting out of the cards submitted and a new round starts! The first person to 8 Points wins.
In this game, I think of all the cards. I will randomise who I send which cards, so don't complain if you get mediocre ones.

Hey, everybody. This is where I will put a little story about everything. As most of you know, I've joined the Mafia Room in February 2014. My first game was Dethy and people were fairly impressed that I wasn't nooby at my first game (Dethy is fairly simple and I'd played a few games before). Got driver / mod fairly quickly afterwards. Then somewhere in 2014 (March 24th), I made this forum. I didn't even realise I made it that quickly after I joined. Either way, had a lot of fun on it, until it died and at some point it left as a permanent tab of mine as I got into other things. I got RO somewhere in 2015, and resigned in early February 2016, at that point the forum was dead already, and I left too. I noticed I was just staring at my screen, not knowing what to do, and not really passionate about any room anymore.
In August 2016 I returned to GC, to fill up a bit of my free time, and in June 2017 to Mafia after reading Yeti (Smogon's candidate) Mafia Universe competition thread, which looked like a lot of fun. Thus, I decided to come back. Since then, the forums have been revived (thanks to Fenrir ) too. And I've been enjoying helping the room going forward a lot, even if it struggles at times during the dead hours. I still hope I can be a positive presence. Since I returned, I made over 500 posts, and have never not wanted to post! (Besides maybe in Twin Trap when there were a lot of posts while I was sleeping).
Thanks to everyone who has made the time here enjoyable. Despite what people think, I find that Mafia is an excellent room. Yes, some people can be toxic and the room can be dead sometimes, but overall I've met a lot of amazing people, the game is great, and compared to a lot of rooms the room is quite lively, it's just that you need a LOT of people active for a while to get a good game going!

Honestly, I like most people in the room (although some of you can sure make it hard to >_>), so don't worry if I've missed you. In general I tried to keep shout-outs relevant to Mafia. Now up to the next 1000 posts!
