Pokemon Showdown, the website created by Zarel, is the hub of Competitive Pokemon Battling, featuring many tiers of Pokemon Battling. From OverUsed to Other Metas, one can enjoy all formats of Pokemon. However, it is not limited to that. It's more than a website for Pokemon - It's a community, a social media platform.
A chatroom called Mafia, exists on this platform. The room is based around a chat game about deception, intrigue, and strategy. Talking with everyone, deciding who is scum, proving yourself town, that's what this game is about.
But even after that, it is a place on the internet. Recently, this room has started to be attacked by many different users. Even though the room has brought down many trolls, this group has corrupted many of our room's users. This can include staff members, voices, and regulars. As a member of The Esteemed Mafia Saviours, your duty is to save this room from being attacked, thus as a group decide to banish members from your group.
IMPORTANT
This game is an anon(ymous) game. This means that your identity will be kept a secret, and you will play on an alternate account, provided to you by me.
Do not reveal your identity at any given time. Keeping your identity a secret is also one of the traits of an anon game, and you would not like to ruin it.
Further Game Specific Rules:
- This game is played under a 48 hour day, while a 24 hour night format. This is subject to change.
- This game is an anon game. More information about this could be seen in the important tab.
- Sub Policy: This game requires you to post at least 3 time a game-day. Failure of this requirement may cause you to be subbed out. Failure of sending your night action will also result in you being subbed out.
- This game is following plurality, which means that the person with the most votes by the end of the deadline will be lynched.
- If I'm not there while it's already day's deadline, this game would be in Twilight phase. You are allowed to discuss, but you are not allowed to alter your vote. Nighttalking is disabled.
- Only use the account provided to you to type in this thread.
- Do not like this post, unless you are using the account provided to you.
- Do not use this format, as this is reserved for the host.
- Do not try to exploit any loopholes or circumvent the rules.

0. I am the host of the game, and my word is law. I reserve the right to modkill/godkill or substitute anyone out those who break the rules.
1 (a). You can only talk about the game in the game thread unless specified otherwise. Once you are dead you cannot talk to anyone about the game. Knowledge acquired after death cannot be transferred from a dead player to a living player. You can, however, make a "bah" post within 24 hours after your death starting with "N" and a reasonable amount of "O"s. You can also talk about how sad you are, but this post must be contentless.
1 (b). Outside influences (eg. Threatening, bribes, wagers, promises, alliances, trust tells) are not tolerated and will be dealt with severely.
1 (c). Sportmanship should be shown. Salting, raging or ranting will not be tolerated. At the end of the day, mafia is played for fun.
2. Every user has a role PM. Role PMs may not be shown to other users at any time. All forms of sharing of role PMs is banned. If anyone finds a person encouraging others to share their role PMs or sharing role PMs themselves, please be sure to report it.
3 (a). You may vote to lynch users during the day by posting "VOTE: (user)" or "LYNCH: (user)", unlynch users by using "UNVOTE: (user)" or "UNLYNCH: (user)" or not vote anyone by using "NO LYNCH". Votes will not be counted if they do not follow this format.
3 (b). Votes can be in shortform as long as I understand who you are voting.
4. Do not edit your post, if you need to correct something make another post.
5. Do not try to exploit any loopholes or circumvent the rules.
