Seeking all able adventurers to build and play an RPG based mostly on Mafia roles, factions, concepts, and mechanics.
I've mostly got an idea for how stats gonna work and a class or two but, that's about it.
Eventually will make a doc or sheets for this and link it here instead
STATS
All stats can be influenced by Class and Race of characters
Major Stats (The ones influenced on level up)
Strength: Influences Attack and HP
Endurance: Influences Defense and MP
Agility: Influences Dexterity and Turn Order
Knowledge: Influences Potency and Spell Proficiency
Base Luck: Influences Critical chance
Minor Stats (The ones influenced by items and/or Major Stats)
HP: How much health you have
MP: How many spells you can cast
Attack: How much damage you deal
Defense: How much your opponents attack is reduced by
Dexterity: Accuracy and Evasion
Potency: How effective your spells are when cast
Spell Proficiency: Chance the spell works compared to the number on the spell
Jargon and Formulas
Turn Order: Person with the highest Agility goes first
Critical: Doubles damage randomly ((Base Luck+Luck)/100)
Luck: Many things influence luck.
Spell Proficiency: SP/Spell Number. EG: SP=10 Spell number=15 Chance the spell succeeds= 10/15
Strength: +1 every level; 1 ATK and 5 HP are given per 1 Strength
Endurance: +1 every level; 1 DEF and 2 MP are given per 1 Endurance
Agility: +1 every other level; 1 DEX is given per 1 Agility
Knowledge: +1 every level; 1 POT and 1 SP are given per 1 Knowledge
Base Luck: +1 every other level.
