A Spiderz scumpflip would give a significant amount of info, yes. What would a Spiderz townflip give us though? Idt this holds up. Anyway I need to figure a couple of things out for the moment, will come back at you in a moment with either relynching Spiderz, or suggesting a CFD onto TBZ.

As for the active players, my lynch would go to Schia. Its more than just AFKing its how he feels like he's really only agreeing with points that were already stated before to "look" like he's helping the game. |

After a lengthy period of meditation and relaxation I have come up with a hypothesis
And I wanna work through it top-down style
chappie, schia and om have kinda branched off and started their own mini-game
om and schia are after each other, chappie has also expressed interest in om
so the biggest question is: are they all town?
I doubt schia is trying to double-bus again in a white flag game so I think it's safe to say him and om aren't w/w
chappie and om is less concrete and harder to rule out
chappie and schia is an immediately passable pairing
leaves me thinking that this group of 3, has a minimum and likely number of 1 scum
by my own admission this means chappie is the most likely scum
however i dont think there's enough equity to support this statement so I'm not going to pretend otherwise
moving on to part 2 of the hypothesis
Removing the names I mentioned from the playerlist, we're left with:
Fenrir
Sir Mister
eblurb
XnadrojX
qtball
I think it'd be unfair to group sirM with the inactives based on the preliminary information we have
so:
Fenrir
blurb
xbad
tbz
And I don't think anybody would fight me down when I say that i think this group has at least one scum too
The alternative is schia/om/chappie/sirM having all 3 members
and if that's the case the game's already lost since I don't think I have it in me to herd all those sheep
So with our 4 inactive names you'd think it'd also be pretty easy to give sirm a pass and say there's 2 in this group of 4
But this is a very important idea that I want to stress:
Chasing 2 scum in this group of 4 is a fool's errand
There simply isn't enough information to make partner associations or deep inferences
and now I make an even further departure and leave you with an even harder pill to swallow
Chasing 1 scum in this group is also a fool's errand
There is simply not enough information for me to be sold on a lynch on any 1 of the 4
Going through the names:
tbz and blurb fail the eye test outright, their activity has been passive and they seem disengaged
Fenrir hasn't returned which is an immediate negative. I commented on the hastiness of his vote and how it's out of character for him.
xnad's just also been uninvolved and the few things he's said are nai/filler/not worth pushing over yet
I could go fenrir but again, it feels like taking the easy way out when none of us have any real grievances with these low hanging fruit other than the fact that they are low hanging fruit
where does this leave me?
I pointed out where I think two individuals may be hiding but it's a team of 3
and quite simply put I have no idea where to start looking for the third but I'm not quite sure anybody would expect me to know
sirm is just kinda alone on an island but I think this one flaw in my hypothesis is a decent compromise to live with
I don't have any plans to pursue him today
so back to the top
here's the tldr:
I think the group of schia/om/chappie has at least 1 scum
My main goal for today is to find out who it is
I think the group of fen/blurb/xnad/tbz also has at least 1 scum
My secondary goal is to be able to clear one of these and hang my hat on a confident townread
The more i can do to make these lhf hang less low, the better
But I do not plan on trying to find scumreads here because it's akin to shooting fish in a barrel
And of course the important caveat is that I am opening the door for a scumteam of sirM + 2 of om/schia/chappie
but I am okay with this risk as the game currently stands
