it's 8 AM and i have some Serious Thoughts
- clem v. myan seems to be a big cross and it's entirely driven by clem's single-minded push on them
BUT clem has yet to place the vote
- clem is partly shitposting and partly trying to hold other members to a higher standard (see: "that last line was really sus", "i need people to describe their playstyle", getting pissed at CCGeek (or was it TE?) faux-calling the PL motherfuckers)
- and a bigger point: clem's higher effort posts don't actually delve into who might be scum/town and just. look.
i dunno what kinda vibes are we getting out of "i need all the newer players to describe their playstyle"

ok but first of all the rule of recency would suggest that you would've seen my pfp scrolling into the reply section and noticed a does it not look more weeby than hadu's to you or something? but then this post came out and it's just really weird because of the latter part of it i might be reading too much into it but either hadu was personally offended and made a very weird argument that they did not check for logic "ddb wrote an essay, so slowthepoke is salty" or hadu has strong feelings about either stp or ddb as a slot crackpot theory says stp + hadu scumteam This is pretty stupid but towny enough i think i dont want to vote cyan talon Idt the hadu+ddb connection ties up tho ngl but i feel like this is more of a stp/hadu thing? i had to make the assumption because you didn't say much about the vote either way until we get some activity on everyone this game is going to sink so...
gun to head, give me a townie and a scumgun to head, town is ddb and scum is mc ddb gets a green name because i think the flip from "let me try to bold and vote cyan" to "you shall not discriminate against profile pics you dislike" tells me ddb is wandering into this game with no pre-game intentions (which is a town thing if only ever so slightly) as for mc, well I didnt like the fact that cyan talon was like ye lets policy the lurkers without even trying to pressure them with a vote or two i'm left to wonder whether or not mc is trying to misconstrue things or is just not very literate given that: - i just named stp, one of the people who had already perked up pre-game

the very powerful role that i nerfed to hell and back as part of my os by making it one-shot
what i like about it is you get the clearing ability of a bloodhound/cop/etc. but without forcing townies to spend a day turboing scum. also might be a really fun minor role for scumteams to have

and the om kill tells us that it is someone who has played the game for longer since it was obviously a fear kill (which you already mentioned) and that leaves you, talon, fort, mighty, ddlc, erry and john i know that is quite a lot but for now I am sure mighty, john and erry are town. I feel like ddlc would be more active if they are scum and fort is just shitposting oh and this is a non-argument given that OM has a bright coloured sticker called "Mafia Room Staff" on the forums |

no thoughts on the john/mc thing because i can summarize it as "mc playing in extremely unsatisfactory manner, john wanting him to die for no reason other than peace of mind"
none of john's accusations speak out as scum-indicative to me, but the only thing that i can really credit mc for is the activity and game-leading; neither of which are particularly impressive in this instance
at the very least i don't think mc and drudi can be in the same scumteam for obvious reasons

it's twilight, we got time. actually upon rereading the pkq and drudi reaction was a bit weird on drudi's behalf but i cant really find anything on ddlc Anyways i think i am not voting drudi here since they are a semi active slot such slots can be preserved till later in the game. So at this point i just want to pressure some lurkers it's not also weird on pkq's side? both players have basically spent most of their activity complaining about gamestate and neither of them seem interested in pursuing a read - or at least any more than they are in surviving im literally just here to play follow the cop and no other strategies. I am cop and i got anna as scum and my cc hasn't claimed an inspect i was so out of my head i almost fell for this ig scum Chat went like this: -Rudi is gonna throw sus on PKQ -We should pressure him so it looks like dumb self defense and he might panic -everyone else is afk or not interested in this anyways i'm going to use this quote as a jumping off point for how i feel about rudi: the dude's just playing defensive. like seriously. there's zero intent to pursue scumslots, but rudi is either in the mentality that scum has it all out for him and is somehow unbothered, or is faking it for sympathy points. runs very similar to NOC 2 but at least in that game there was some tangible level of effort |
