would have appreciated a claim from Shaun to shift onto someone else but I do admit I was only on them because of the modplur. Think voting someone is better than not in all situations. Am interested in hearing both moto’s and litt’s thoughts on game. Clemens dying is a surprise (maybe a town kill?) but fingerlings was p expected. Won’t lie him dying is rlly good for us w that flip.

i did in fact, read up btw, i just dont want to make comments on posts just for the sake of making comments. if anyone wants to discuss a certain topic or a certain post w me be my guest. ill try and be as proactive as i can about checking this. i do like mmibs entrance to the game, does feel like its coming from a townie perspective as a gut reaction. might just be from playing w him on ps mafia previously a lot or w/e. i think were getting to the point where it would be best to avoid going in circles about discards. there are other points of interesting for topic discussion. would like to see smthn from the slots that have yet to post, mainly lolrito but others too. what posts made you think mmib's posts were coming from a townie perspective exactly? i didn't really find a solvy intent or tone in his posts tbh, bunch of iioa other than their back & forth with akakakp You are over analyzing this man. What kind of entrance posts are ever going to be solvy? How do you expect him or anybody to solve anything with their first posts. god I hate forum games. on mobile, at work. Read up on the last ~6-7 pages but so much of it was just meh in my head. Wallape did have a few things they wanted me to answer though so I guess I’ll do that.

This is also because I joined 1 games and the unfinished one is this game. Now for some of my playstyle introduction. I either play really aggressively or very passively, no in between. The playstyle changes really quickly. How people say I play: Any one of towny town, towny scum, scummy town, scummy scum. I am a CM. It stands for contradiction master. I hate walls of text because they are hard to read. I buckle under pressure. Shitposting is one of my specialities. I think this is all I have to say. Oh wait, no. Kindle is not my main choice of communication which is very good, I do not follow GMT+1 time zone. only scummy discards are lolrito's and winsy's imo, the former is definitely much scummier than the latter, mmib isn't on that list solely because of little liar (fuck little liar all my homies hate little liar) speaking of which, VOTE: lolrito
I sorta commented on PCB before but I wanna explain on this. Bantering/meming d1 is perfectly expected and acceptable, but I feel like the way he approached it circumvents its purpose and is more of a detriment to town. A lot of how town breaks the ice d1 is by interacting w others: establishing tone, making early connections, sort of getting a feel for the player base. I got the feeling that PCB wasn’t really trying to break the ice—not making any effort to encourage discussion or formulate early reads. Both of his posts have been bandwagony in the sense that sure, he’s reading posts, but he’s not actively interacting and instead regurgitating points that others have made (the d1 wall, the vote on lolrito), trying to sort of coast through d1 by making it seem like he’s there and providing something that doesn’t exist in reality does it make a difference that the first post was a copy from what clem said? or does that make it worse in your eyes. i do agree what pcb said was echoed by multiple others w not only more effort but better reasoning asw. i do agree that lolrito is a good vote, and i could definitely see how this entrance to the game could be seen as just trying to blend in, in a way. i do rlly like what ive seen from fingerlings so far, definitely townradar rn, prob my only one so far. |

i am already being reminded why i hate playing forum games lmao. keep in mind i am not used to the nature or style of forum mafia, so it might take some time to get used to. idk how to quote shit correctly but, style of play isnt really my thing. slower pace, reading up a lot, wallposting, etc. games usually end in me being voted out, but im gonna try to change that this game and be more effecient w my posts and reads. don’t really like 489’s comments about playing forum mafia considering I don’t think he’s at all inexperienced at forum mafia? and it feels like making cover for later misvotes—the tone certainly feels more apologetic (like we’re supposed to feel remorse) than anything else. I usually find that when players comment about their unfamiliarity with forum mafia or wanting to improve it’s in a more optimistic note (“excited about this game”) or they just don’t comment about it at all K |

I find it odd fingerlings first post after all the discard discussion was just a vote on PCB with 0 context. not really something to go after rn but something to keep in my back pocket. I do like how proactive clem is being but at some point it seems like too much effort put into the game at just the start. also weird comment about myan potentially not knowing what a little liar is, kind of from left field. winsy basically admitted he likes to pick based on what is fun which has a high chance of being a scum role, especially with a discard like sacrifice. also said that discard meta is not real which is ?_? i did rank wallape/stp discards relatively high but they are by no means a townread worthy discard, meh scum roles but at least they discarded scum. shaun quickly switched to sheeping clemens, in my mind this kind of makes them incompatible as scum partners, so at least thats something. i doubt he would put this much forward about clemens very start of game. akakp has a high chance to be early game town leader the way things r going. good analysis of discards, good responses to comments, like what im seeing from them. they might do this kinda stuff at the start of every forum game though, really no idea. but its clear they know what they are doing. I'm still reading only up to this rn, catching up forgot game started clems is right i completely forgot what mafia little liar was, wouldve picked it aka and clems are tls, either they're town or same-faction scum. i dont see how you got that aka and clems are same faction from literally anything ?? |

i trust that fingerlings labels themselves as a townpicker, seems like it would be kinda scummy thing to lie about in a game. the more clemens talks the less i like his slot in general.
only have a couple main srs rn
clem
tanpat(discard really, afk slot)
lolrito(discard really, afk slot)
i think fingerlings has done enough to seperate themselves from the bad discard pool in my discard read post.
need to see more from sand, pcb, bpt to rlly get a feel for their discards.
winsy is fine for now, i think. not someone i'd try and push yet.
