We're approaching the North Cape, or Nordkapp as the Norwegian's call it.

Communication
The game will be played in (and only in) the Summer Circuit Discord server. Every player will get permissions to create new channels within the Nordkapp section, so that you can create chats with other players. These channels must have the Spectator role as able to see the channel, but unable to talk there.
Setup
The game will be a Closed Setup with 15 players. However, it includes a special mechanic: there will not be nights. Actions will be used during the day, and will be compiled at the end of the day, together with the votes. Votes will be considered a special type of action, and will be submitted privately. At the end of the day, it will be revealed how many votes everyone got, but not who placed these votes.
All anti-Town players will receive a fakeclaim from the host.
The game will use plurality. However, if there is a tie in votes, no one will be voted out.
Deadlines
Every day will last 47 hours. Then, there is twilight for 1 hour to compile the results. There are no nights.
Days will end at 2PM EST, and start at 3PM EST. The first day will start Sunday the 20th of August.

Rules
If you aren't active for a whole in-game day, you will be subbed out. If you know in advance you cannot play at all during some in-game day, let the host know in advance.
The game is outside contact, this means that you can talk with a subset of players privately. However, this must be in channels in the Discord server (or in the game thread on the forums). No DMs, or other methods of communication. You may not discuss the game with dead players, spectators, or other outsiders.
Once you send a message, you may not edit or delete it.
You may not screenshot or copypaste any message not publicly available. You may, however, paraphrase any message you got. This include Role PMs.
You may not be affected by outside influences (think bets, outsider opinions, bribes, but also basing your decisions on who has more Summer Circuit points).
You must follow the basic PS! Mafia rules and PS! Mafia Forums rules.
If there is any confusion, the host's discretion will be used. You may not contest the host's decision publicly before the game is over.
If any of the above rules are broken, you may be subbed out, modkilled, get Summer Circuit points deducted, or get banned from the Summer Circuit 2023, based on the severity.
