Following a successful overtaking of Goldenrod City, Team Rocket seeks to maintain control of the coveted metropolis. However, a pack of Heroes are attempting to thwart those plans! In a sick twist of fates, our Goldenrod Radio Tower media coverage hails the villainous team as the saviors of Poké-humanity, waiting in the wings to see if they can prevent these troublesome heroes from restoring the city to what it once was... and that would be no way to live. At the end of the day, good and evil are both subjective matters, are they not?

Deadlines
Always at 9:00 PM EST. For the first day, there will be an extended 57 hour day phase due to the staggered start time of the game. For the next two days thereafter, there will be 47 hour day phases and a 1 hour twilight phase for resolution. Starting on the fourth day, day phases will become 23 hours and maintain a 1 hour twilight phase for resolution. There will be no nights, and communication may occur at all times, including during twilight.
Communication
This game will be played within the Discord server for the game, which is linked at the end of this post. You may post in the game thread if you wish, but expect the vast majority of communication to take place within the game server given the nature of the game.
It will be outside contact, but all communication must be housed within the server and you may not message anyone outside of it. Every player will get permissions to create new channels so that you can create chats with other players. For permissions, make sure you allow the Spectator role to see the channel, but do not grant the role the ability to send messages or add reactions. If you need assistance with channel permissions, hosts will be there to help you.
Hosts will create one channel for players that has slowmode enabled, with the intent of reserving it for important posts. Players may make as many of this type of channel as they would like, but we want to ensure that one exists to help with consolidation and to make the game a bit less overwhelming for those who are not used to the fast pace of an OC game.
Setup
This game will be a closed setup with 16 players. As mentioned, it will also be nightless. Actions will be submitted during the day and will be compiled at the end of the day during the twilight phase. Votes will also be submitted during the day, and it will be revealed how many votes everyone received at the end of the day phase, but who voted for who will not be public.
All votes will be submitted privately in your individual channel in the server for the game. At the end of the day phase, the player with the most votes will be eliminated. This game will not use plurality. If there are multiple players receiving the most votes at the end of the day phase, one of those players will be chosen to be eliminated at random.
All anti-Town players will be provided with a fakeclaim from the hosts.
Rules
1. You must follow the basic PS! Mafia rules and PS! Mafia Forum rules.
2. If you aren't active for an entire in-game day, you will be subbed out. If you know in advance that you can't play at all during some in-game day, let a host know in advance.
3. The game is outside contact, which means that you can talk with a subset of players privately. However, this must be in channels in the Discord server or in the game thread on forums. No DMs or other methods of communication. You may not discuss the game with dead players, spectators, or other outsiders.
4. Outside influences, such as bets, bribes, and threatening, will not be tolerated. Keep it fun and fair.
5. All actions and votes should be sent through your individual channel in the game server. You may change your action and vote at any point up until the end of the day phase.
6. Copying and pasting messages, as well as screenshotting them, is not allowed. This includes messages sent by players, your Role PM, and private host communication. You may paraphrase.
7. Once you send a message, you may not edit or delete it. We will know if this rule is broken due to secret host powers, so don't try your luck.
8. Expect no extensions to be granted, but there may be edge cases that result in hosts giving extensions.
9. Don't attempt to exploit loopholes, circumvent the rules, or angleshoot in any way.
10. If any of the above rules are broken, you may be subbed out or modkilled based on the severity. Hosts reserve the right to substitute or remove anyone from the game as needed.
