i have claims from four of the six color circles
this may indicate that those who have claimed preemptively so far are being honest, unless somebody lied and all members of one circle have not spoken out

Im using terminology from RPG games I know, which all refer to spread moves as AoE. Only pokemon calls it "Hits all pokemon on the field" |

should everyone claim to someone so those lucky linking individuals can collectively sort out early liars who fabricated their circle's color? it can reasonably be presumed that those who lied about their circle are going to play very individualistically and greedily and backstabbing...ly
or is this as bad of an idea as it seems after writign that

Also consider that anyone you trust is liable to betray you and may well be in your circle. Also, consider the fact that retain alliances might have agreed to all claim a certain color.

The strongest alliances are in groups of up to four; if you're in a larger one, it's not going to stick (IMO 2/3 person alliances are the best, but maybe im just a little bit biased from last game).
