How uncharacteristically salty of you. I know you like to centralize, but is it really that important? Last time you gave us a reason to follow you. I've heard from the grapevine you're blitz-demanding claims. I don't recall you Skyping people in Food Mafia. idk man food mafia didnt have the bullshit no pl twist, so id say centralizing is a hell of a lot more important given the amount of people that tend to idle in these games. Without there being a pl, there's no way for town to lead. You'll see a reason to follow me soon. Going into more detail, basically in OC games there are a lot of advantages to the town leader having control and being able to direct. It becomes a lot easier to find scum, consolidate lynches, and make efficient night action usage. Grill me on PS whenever I'm on. Also creating a town leader system sets up a hierarchy where the info can keep being passed from townie to townie as they inevitably start dating. Rssp, and uh, I don't know how many of you all play OC but rssp can definitely back me up on this strat. I'm fine with this, we just need someone to step up. if there's a doc it would be swell if they went on gligar since he revealed his alias in-thread (wtf) Yet just like in food mafia we could easily end up giving all the juicy information to the mafia. which in turn helps them out. I'm still a little hesitant to trust rssp's character judement after that. Its also quite possible [and highly likely] that Gligar fakeclaimed an alias just to throw everyone, especially mafia, off. It's a huge WIFOM tbh. |

This game will be a mile long turd if we don't start treating it like legit biz Ummmm question. How can we treat this seriously? This game is legit a meme. You did not see the Cyan CS game earlier, where everyone claimed to be cyan and went on alts related to Cyan such as: Cyan Cheyenne, Cyan Cyan, Cyan Cyan Cyan, Cyanish Cyan, CyanCyanCyanCyan, Cyan 12, Cyancat, and my personal favorite: ThisIsn'tCyan. We have no idea who's playing and who's not. Anyone could be trolling EVERYONE here. Hell, none of us could be in this game... Though the chances of that are even smaller than my chances at dating Hannahh. We have no idea who is what color. And we have no idea of what the RL is. Tbh AJ coulda and shoulda made this worse by making it a Closed Blind Setup... oooh or a No Reveal Closed Blind Setup (who remembers that crazy game I hosted a month ago?) |

The fact that there is No PL means that people who aren't inside the game can actually actively help out either side. Basically, they can help town/mafia consolidate information, and either party can do nothing to deal with them (unless there is someone with an ability to silence out of game players). It's pretty useful for both town and mafia. Whether town trusts the person or not, is a different story though.

It has occurred to me that because we lunch aliases and not players, this game relies on PRs and luck to get scum. Here's an example.
"Snaquaza is constant filler and provides nothing to the game let's lunch him."
"Good idea. Oh wait, we can't lunch him, we have to find out his alias"
This means even if a player is very scummy, we still need their alias to get the kill done
That's my problem with the tgeme. The fact that we have to lynch aliases not players

I'm sorry but not planning on claiming to anyone till day 3, perhaps day 2. It's pretty detrimental to my role as some know and would not benefit me really. I'm really not caring if others are doing it, but for sure not day 1 for me, just doesn't make sense.

I go by LG/Gaius on PS now. I only have eight claims which is a problem for a town leader.
If you would be so kind as I can't track you down because no freaking PL. Send me your Role title/actions, and your color although the first two are more important.
