I can actually understand this, it sucks being lynched for shit reasons or even if its just like a fall back plan because town can't decide on a good lynch.

yeah, but I think it's just especially horrifying on this site, because the game usually goes to shit once certain people are out of the game. almost all scum wins on PS aren't good scumplay, but garbage townplay. not to discourage scumplayers, but all of us know it's true.

I never go for a tone when writing my posts, I just write whatever comes to my head with general guidelines of where I'm allowed to go and where not. I think you're misunderstanding the idea of using tone in reads. The point of tone is that it's not intentional, tone is an underlying way to distinguish town mentality from mafia mentality at the core. "Disturbs me personally" doesn't seem like something town would say

the next part is basically trying to say that I'm reading too much into Litt's post, even though in my eyes, I was bringing up a fair and genuine concern, and then to the rest of the people, they could see how it could be misinterpreted (like I had misinterpreted it, not as in I reacted in a way to make people think that, but me reacting shows people that it could, it was after all, a genuine reaction.)

this "blatant lie" wasn't so blatant, because in my eyes it looked like you were genuinely ignoring my attempts, though I'm on mobile and fucking blind, I had missed one of your responses. also reminder that you basically admitted to not caring and tried enforcing that I was lying even further by saying "oh this was just justifying not explaining" even though they're basically the same fucking thing serving the same fucking purpose in this scenario.
Justifying is saying that your actions were correct and not faulty; explaining is elaborating on why you did them. It's a subtle difference but one that should be recognized and does matter

so I can see where you come from about the snap being "fake", but my snap came down to a personality thing. I do the same thing irl, with read people. My snaps are, as you described, really just pressing the wrong button that sets off an explosion.

also to further improve on this justifying vs explaining argument, I'd like to say that in this scenario, and in a lot of convince-type conversations, justifying and explaining go hand-in-hand, and become noticably more similar. Explaining why you did something is basically explaining why you think it's right.

As I stated previously I don't like the tone of Tremenon's posts and I feel like I would support a shift to them but moving would give plur to PKQ and I havent seen much reasoning for that lynch? I'd like Ayia to explain themselves more, given I feel like their PKQ lynch is somewhat of a personal vendetta .-.
