What if we don't reach 18p? Will the setup be slightly altered or what? Hopefully we do but always prepare for the worst

What if we don't reach 18p? Will the setup be slightly altered or what? Hopefully we do but always prepare for the worst The setup does not seem feasible with less than 18p. So, then the game will start at a later moment in time. If we cannot reach 18p at all I will be forced to cancel the game.

Day 1: Proxy Wars
Between the Dwarven caves, and the Elven forest, there is a barren wasteland. Once a plentiful field, the ancient war between the two races has left it lifeless.
Today, a Dwarven kid dared scour the area while playing, when he was attacked by Elven warriors. He did not get hurt, but this triggered an outrage by the Dwarven people. Which then was seen as an escalation by the Elves.
To avoid fighting themselves, the Dwarves and the Elves sent their strongest Pokemon out on the field. One advantage: when they faint, you can simply return them to the Pokeball. There's no risk in having to reach their bodies to give them medical assistance.
In this challenge, every player will be sent which Pokemon is theirs. This is the list of Pokemon: Arctibax, Blissey, Bonsly, Bruxish, Donphan, Dugtrio, Fidough, Gyarados, Lucario, Luvdisc, Magnemite, Mareep, Masquerain, Phanpy, Qwilfish, Skiddo, Slither Wing, Slowbro, Ting-Lu, Wiglett
every player will need to send four Pokemon:
1: Pokemon1 2: Pokemon2 3: Pokemon3 4: Pokemon4
This means, that in Round 1, you try to attack Pokemon 1, in Round 2 you attack Pokemon 2, in Round 3, you attack Pokemon 3, and in Round 4, Pokemon 4.
Any attack counts as a hit, all attacks during a round happen at the same time and type chart does not matter. (Pokemon purely count as aliases).
A Pokemon faints if its been hit three times. If a Pokemon faints during Round 1, you cannot attack in any future rounds. So, you want to try to eliminate people ASAP!
Watch out, else you attack people on your own team.
Attacks are not made public, only who has died by Round 4. The team with most Pokemon standing wins. If it is a tie, the team with the most cumulative lives left win. If that ties too, both factions eliminate someone. Spies count towards their "pretend" team.
For any questions, contact me on Discord. Pokemon are distributed ASAP.

Sadly, the following people were eliminated on the battlefield: That means the following players are still alive and kicking: Surprisingly, both teams had the same number of players remaining, but the Elves had more lives remaining than the Dwarves. The ELVES win!
The DWARVES will have to eliminate someone! Enjoy your day off elves!
Dwarves, please send your vote in the confessional to Alex and me by bolding the name of a fellow player. The player with the most votes is eliminated. The deadline is 3PM EST tomorrow (January 18th).
If there is a tie, there will be a tiebreaker.
All votes will be private, I will only mention who is voted out, or who are in the tiebreak.

Now, the players did not die, it was the pokemons who took all three hits and fainted. Minor detail, changed the age rating for this.

Btw clemens, I'm okay with the posts you've been posting. Just ensure not to post anything that could be interpreted as gameplay related (as that'd be OC with the other faction)

The Dwarves have voted... and they have chosen to eject ritually sacrifice awe by throwing him into a never-ending pit! Now, the first player has been voted out, supposedly a dwarf. Let's get it on with the next challenge! The Secret HideoutAfter the battle of January 16th, both the dwarves and elves return to their camps; of course, the dwarves have one less person remaining. However, it seems like the spies on both factions have prepared a stealth attack! To avoid the terror, the players try to hide in their secret hideouts! However, the elders have locked the secret hideouts behind some trivia answers. A correct answer unlocks a hideout, there you should be safe... Especially in numbers, you will be able to do preparations for the next time you face the other faction! If the other faction forgot about this hideout, it is especially effective! Unless the spies realized how they can unlock this hideout as well! The camps will be attacked on three consecutive days. Each day, a different password unlocks the hideouts. If n players go into the same hideout, you earn n*(n-1)/2 points. Furthermore, if no players of the other faction unlocked this hideout, points are doubled! However, the Spy/Spies (each faction has at least one Spy remaining) can send a list of answers as well! They unlock these hideouts in order. The points from the hideout unlocked are nulled, as it will now be attacked. Then, the next hideout is unlocked. However, if no one hides in a hideout, the attackers will have to explore it in its entirety: they will not have time to attack any others. Then, the others will earn points. (Even if you are eliminated on Day 1, you can still earn points Day 2). The team with the least points loses the challenge and has to eliminate someone. If there's a tie, both teams will eliminate someone. Notice: for points, only the players in your faction counts. Also, only the hideouts trapped by the spies in your faction (i.e. dwarf spies for elves, elf spies for dwarves) count. As the elves have one more player, only nine players can play. If more than nine players submit, a random one will be excluded. The following are the questions. Please all send an answer to each in your confessional channel. Spies, please also send a list of answers. This can be as long as you want (it either terminates when you find a hideout that no one occupies, an incorrect answer leading to a hideout that does not exist, or if there are no answers remaining). At the end of the challenge, it will be revealed who gave which answers and which team won. The spies' ordered list will not be revealed. As always, the deadline is 3PM EST tomorrow (Jan 19th). Please include a source to your answer if you think I might struggle to find it! Edit: replaced "door" with hideout in all instances

Multiple players did not submit. Challenge extended by another day. Deadline becomes 3PM EST Friday January 20th 2023. As such, I think this is a great way to explain when players are subbed out, and to make the activity rules more strict: - (already existed) If you miss two deadlines in a row, you are subbed out. If you fail to submit something, you are prodded, and need to respond before the next deadline.
- (new) if you miss three deadlines (without warning host or explicitly idling), you are subbed out. All players who have missed a deadline (regardless of the number) will count as having missed one deadline.
For clarity, I will explain the challenge again.
There are three questions, corresponding to three days. For each question, every player submits one answer. If n players give the same answer to a question, the faction earns n*(n-1)/2 points. The spies submit a list of any number of answers. All of these answers are nulled (so no points can be earned using them), until the first answer that no one answered.
Example question: What is a number smaller than 10? Player A: 1 Player B: 1 Player C: 1 Player D: 3 Player E: 3
Spies say: 3, 4, 1 (do not mention 2). We look at the Spies' answers in order: 3: correct, player D/E do not earn points 4: incorrect, we stop nulling answers
Player A/B/C remain. All are at 1. So, the faction earns 3*2/2=3 points for three players choosing the hideout that is unlocked with "1".

The Dwarves voted out Mylo13 The Scramble for EuropeThe sub for Ocean hasn't arrived yet. As such, Ocean will be forced to sit this challenge out. Another elf will also have to sit the challenge out. If not, one player will be randomized and will be removed from the challenge. The Dwarves and the Elves fight for territory! Both factions want to control Europe. To do this, they each drop eight of them into countries of their choice! Then, they try to claim as much land for themselves as possible, while trying to avoid the other faction capturing and killing their members. All players can choose in which country to begin, afterward they can either stay in said country or move to a bordering country (for this challenge, the UK will border France). The following countries count as Europe (Island states removed that do not border anything): - Albania
- Andorra
- Armenia
- Austria
- Azerbaijan
- Belarus
- Bosnia & Herzegovina
- Bulgaria
- Croatia
- Czechia
- Denmark
- Estonia
- Finland
- France

- United Kingdom
- Vatican City
Specifically, a faction occupies a country when, at any point, there are more of your faction in this country than the other country. The country stays occupied until the other faction occupies it instead. If there are double as many elves than dwarves (or respectively, dwarves than elves) in the country, all dwarves (respectively elves) in the country will be eliminated from the challenge. The faction that occupies the most countries after 10 rounds wins. So, what you gotta do? - Submit a country where you would like to start (Round 0).
- Submit an algorithm how you decide what to do each round. This can be as simple as saying "Round 1, go to X", but can also involve the location of other players (both Dwarves / Elves), or who currently occupies which territories. You are also allowed to randomise parts. If your logic does not include the current situation (or is invalid), you will remain where you were.
What is revealed? At the end of the challenge, it will be revealed who played the challenge, which faction won, including the final occupations (without who is where).
kaif will be subbed for neonalphaa

Why is the United Kingdom one country? Can't we just give them 4 separate countries? Sigh, American geography is bad :/
