Trust, Ambition, Deceit
Welcome to the new social challenge game: Espionage. In Espionage, you will be a member of the intelligence of one of two countries. These countries are at war, so you both aim to eliminate the intelligence of the other country. The country who eliminates the other country’s intelligence first, will be able to win the war and reward its agents richly.
However, both countries have two spies within the intelligence bureaus of the others… You know you cannot blindly trust your fellow agents. So, pick your allies wisely…
The game will be hosted on Discord and in this thread. Announcements will be made in this thread. Communication between players will be on Discord. Now... post IN to join.
Game will be starting on Sunday the 15th. Alexander489 will be cohosting if/when I need a cohost.
So, the intelligence bureau of the DWARVES will consist of 8 DWARF AGENTS and 2 ELF SPIES. Likewise, the intelligence bureau of the ELVES will consist of 8 ELF AGENTS and 2 DWARF SPIES. The game will be NO OUTSIDE CONTACT outside your own intelligence bureau.

Every round consists of two phases: a challenge and a voting phase. During the challenge phase, both intelligence bureaus compete in a challenge. Here, the Spies will try to sabotage their team without getting spotted! Then, the losing team goes to the voting phase, while the winning team has a little break... The Spies of the same country know each other.
In the voting phase, the losing team votes out a team member. Obviously, they want to try to vote out a Spy. Not only does that eliminate a player of the opposing faction and prevents one of their own faction from being eliminated, it also ensures that there's less sabotage later.
However, the game is NO REVEAL until a team wins. So, you can never be sure if you voted out a Spy.
Spies can always communicate anonymously to their own faction. However, the opposing spies can see this, so they should not reveal themselves.
There will be two factions, the DWARVES and the ELVES. Each of these factions will have 9/10/11 players to defend their respective countries: 2 SPIES, 7/8/9 AGENTS. Spies will be part of the intelligence bureau of the opposite faction. As such, I am looking to have either 18, 20, or 22 players!
A country’s intelligence is considered destroyed when seven out of nine/ten or eight out of nine members have been eliminated. As such, this includes its spies. When one country’s intelligence has been destroyed, the surviving members of the other country will win.
All winning players will be gifted a month of Discord Nitro Basic.
Remember: you only win if your faction wins and you're alive at the end of the game.
