Criticising thread bloat/filler is valid and I agree it makes Neo look townie.
At the same time I'm kind of wary of townreading for this though. The thread has to start somehow and I can't really expect anyone to have any substantial contribution if they're quite literally the first to post in the thread. You have the advantage of being able to criticise filler when you're not the one starting off the thread.
So yeah, overall those initial interactions are NAI IMO but Neo comes out of it looking better.
