Your theoretical wifom question achieves nothing, but I would shoot because I wouldn't want to risk having a signal seen or having a partner miss my signal. Disagreed. Of course, that may seem like, but to the fact that we are to scumhunt here, looking for such softs is as important. I meant, I'm pretty sure you have played Star-Crossed before, and you know better to see signals and such. So that exactly was my point, to have that question quenched my thirst for this point. To look what they will do, if they are Traitor OS Vigilante.

RULES OF TOWN - Don't discuss, hammer. Discussion only hurts town. Why has Toni not been hammered? - Don't listen to anyone, because they could be mafia trying to influence people. Discussion of a vig shot or second lynch will just result in mafia influencing our vig's decision. if u read someone u lynch them because they are defo scum and nothing can prove that otherwise. - the one who speaks first is always right ~m@levelant. I was first to post so I am always right.
- everyone here is good at mafia. now you will all tr me. it works trust me (and the opposite does too) - if ur scum always bus because without bussing u are obvious mafia - And last but not least, if you are town, act as scum, and if you are scum, act as scum. the wifom and reverse psychology will fool everyone! I am scum! - Good luck out there, scum doesn't stand a chance Thoughts on d1 vig claim? It provides a clear for town and end result will be pretty close to nightless vanilla except traitors are put on a time limit to find each other. Either scum uses osvig to get rid of a clear and removes all nightkills from the game, or os vig is continuously roleblocked which removes the possibility of mishooting but also provides a clear for town. If the traitor osvig is killed early game, I think it would be beneficial for comp vig to claim early so that scum rb can not cc in mylo/lylo situations.

Honestly fuck the CV's final say, the majority should have the final say because majority votes will almost definitely be less swingy than an individual's judgement

Fen smh, there aren't 11 people not voting
Also slight FOS on Xnad- I'm on the train of letting the vig decide instead of having a predetermined shot. We don't want town leader scum influencing everyone on a bad shot. Definitely let's have lots of discussion on who we personally think the vig should shoot, but in the end it's the vig's choice imo. and if we lose we have someone to blame... looks at Ed
anyways, I'll unlynch Pash Lynch Xnad

Firstly you can disagree with my opinion but why does that make me scum opposed to just a town having a different opinion?
Secondly my method actually stops the townleaderscum shit from happening, everyone else is suggesting that everyone gives an opinion and the vig picks one, which means they're going to pick the townleader, which could be scum. My method treats everyone as equal, like the lynches, meaning town will always have a greater influence on it than scum.
Slight TR on AJ for doing shit though, pls don't let this be medmaf because it's an actual good theme

I just said FOS, not a hard scumread or anything. And that's a scummy opinion imo because mafia then has a say on the nightkill. It is like voting, but scum also has an opinion on voting during the regular day and can affect it. I mean, early game it won't make too much of a difference because scum will likely not know each other, or only like one partner, but imo let's stay away from it.

But your method is swingier and highly dependent on the CV's skill. Your method: Completely dependent on CV's skill, but not influencable by scum My method: Able to be slightly swayed by scum, but is otherwise decided by the majority. Everyone else's method: Dependent on the town leader's alignment. As town I'd prefer my method, since I don't want to believe in a random guy's skill and am willing to let scum sway it SLIGHTLY because in the end, town still has the most control over where the shot goes

To look what they will do, if they are Traitor OS Vigilante. Yeah but blatantly asking for what you want isn't going to achieve your purpose in the slightest. Hell it just introduces more opportunities for you to get it wrong. There are so many things that can go wrong with your proposal. Just an opportunity for introduction of misinformation. You can easily be misled like this. Thoughts on d1 vig claim? It provides a clear for town and end result will be pretty close to nightless vanilla except traitors are put on a time limit to find each other. Either scum uses osvig to get rid of a clear and removes all nightkills from the game, or os vig is continuously roleblocked which removes the possibility of mishooting but also provides a clear for town. If the traitor osvig is killed early game, I think it would be beneficial for comp vig to claim early so that scum rb can not cc in mylo/lylo situations. That is a pretty daring plan I must say. But I'd much rather leave that play for later in the game, since it'd have way more impact them. It is a solution that fits the time theme. I like the idea of putting scum on a timer but there's prob a better way to do it.Honestly fuck the CV's final say, the majority should have the final say because majority votes will almost definitely be less swingy than an individual's judgement AGreed

This is some preeeeetty hard backtracking if you ask me. Looks like a terrible response to counter pressure. Also having a " scum town leader" would still give the opportunity for reads so I don't get why you're against it.
Anyways Toni hasn't said much to change the lynch so sticking off for now

Nothing immediately wrong upon first reads. I would recommend a strategy of town not having any say whatsoever in what compulsive vigilante does, so mafia cannot alter their behavior. Let a 100% town one-man party decide the shot, not a 70% town ten-man party. Mafia does not have their buddies sniffed out; let's keep it that way. Lynch Toni because lynching is good statistics.

Let a 100% town one-man party decide the shot, not a 70% town ten-man party. Mafia does not have their buddies sniffed out; let's keep it that way. Lynch Toni because lynching is good statistics. Again, this is PS, 70% of the players can't make reads or aren't really confident in their reads. I'd much prefer a 70% town ten-man party because in the end, the 70% is still town and there's less room for badness, as compared to the chance of the 100% town one-man party to have a crappy read or just do something that fucks with town more than letting scum swing the vote. OK So here's the thing: And individual in the game is bound to have different reads from everyone else. By not roping them, they're going to end up shooting a controversial read or slot, and waste half the day discussing it. But by letting everyone vote, we reduce this swinginess in the form of majority voting in exchange for scum having some sway over the lynch. Now, 7 people is still going to be a larger number that 3 people, meaning ultimately, town has the bigger say over who dies, and having 7 opinions meshing is better than one stray opinion who may be a massive outlier. On top of that, it gives us more material to look back on, as a second VC, there's more VCA potential since we have 2 voting systems, scum will find it harder to escape the clutches of a good VCA
