Well as of right now, no ones given me good reasoning but Sir Mister.. So I’d like to.. abstain from lynching If ya’ll would contribute to actual discussion over pointless shit about not being notified as a read, and being on me for single line lynching.. Feel free!
Also please try and make use of day hours more than when im fucking asleep..(This shifts plur from SFL to ... Me?) Didn't like this post especially the bolded part. You say that petty read on you is pointless but you instead do nothing of your own to progress and gather reads, rather, you just mechanical vote. Your willingness to not find scum is in itself -- scummy. |

Fair point, but as it turns out.. I did some research on my own, found an article saying NL was probably the best play for town D1 instead of pushing claims.. Which makes sense, due to the fact that Mafia Framer could easily twist journalist the whole game and then it turns upside down. Also I believe Journalists should not claim regardless of any pressure put on them. This isn't me softing journalist but I'm sticking with the abstain.

Also, Vote: Sir Mister for looking at mechanics over players. Looking at players now is actually just bad imo. The VTs are different from the journalists, and I don't want any hints whatsoever to be dropped from who is which specific role. Yes, he fillered. Yes, he called out his own RVS (rendering the pressure effect useless). I believe this is cause by impulsively/carelessly typing the first thing that comes to his mind. Either he treats this as a ps game and actually makes this posts in 20 seconds, or he's trying to play the noob card as scum. Even though this could be a lead indeed, I still wanna NL, dude. NLing once is inevitable if mafia isn't getting steamrolled, better to just do it now. |

Hey guys! I’m awake and was just reading through! So apparently, one-line posts are scummy in forums? Makes absolutely no sense to me other than just an excuse to be on me b/c I’m on him.. Also Sir Mister answered the question with a different than which ZoL and Gimm1ck came up with.. Do we fuckin NL or not? Okay, maybe I should've elaborated on this a bit further. Your posts are quite literally one-line long, despite it not necessary for you to post like this. From the looks of it, you often have at least two lines of dialogue to say, but space them apart at one line each. This seems (to me, at least) like a bad attempt at trying to flood the chat so that we can't read other posts as easily. SAMPLE: There was no obvious reason to make these posts separate. Combine them. also hang on aren't these lines filler? |

Forum games have been practically dead lately; I don't mind the motormouthing at this stage of the game. It'd be more of an issue if we didn't have half the PL unspoken for.

Fair enough. Even then, though, his posts are pretty... lackluster, for lack of a term I can think of on the spot. We don't need to know about how long he's going to be here for (it's a forum game ffs).
P.S. Brady's been on this forum for longer than me. I doubt he's actually playing this PS-style.

Okay so long story short, I have NOT posted many frequent one line posts since you mentioned it to me before, SECONDLY, I post like that because I cannot edit my own posts as far as I'm aware.. THIRDLY, I don't see how it's remotely scummy to have "filler" according to u because we have 72 hour days.. I really don't understand how saying where I'm going to be and when i'll be back is a scumtell by any means!
Oh and btw the underlined portion is a completely bullshit reason and I don't think I need to clarify.

I'll just break down this post into three sections so we can be on the same page. 1) So you stopped doing it. I was pointing out that you were doing it, and after my post you seem to have stopped, a bit. My point there still stands; for a while, you were making one-line posts that took up space in the forum. I'm not insinuating you're doing it now (in all honesty thanks for not doing it now). 2) Not an argument for this, but more of advice; in a forum, you should have much more time to think about what you're going to post. You can give your posts a once-over and edit them to give more useful information or summarize them instead of a chunky original. Take your time, we have three days. 3) Filler is, by definition, a post containing unnecessary information that aims to do one of two things: - Make someone look more active than they actually are - Flood the chat and make shifting through pages harder for others You telling us about having to leave for your sister's prom and saying 'good night' can be considered filler, as they don't serve as much information as the rest of your posts. We all filler from time to time, intentionally or otherwise, but the one-line thing makes it look more like a flooding attempt. Things aside, that was an... okay defense. I'd also like to point out how oddly Gimm1ck's behaivor has been during this whole game, I do not see a reason to stick with the C7 lynch but I'll assume it's, for some reason, RVS.. I'd also like to point out how much he's just cruising by this game without mentioning much. Just getting this off my chest before something might happen.. I'd prefer you all started to NL as we have no real information as of right now!

There is a reason why you don't NL 1) Flips hold more info than journalists inspects since their inspects can be easily chalked up to wifom in LyLo as long as framer is alive. 2) Actually helps to progress the game rather than starting to play the game d2/d3. 3) I don't like how you are still willing to fast lynch No-Lynch and end the day quickly @sirmister Brady1014 |

As of now, still Brady1014 to some extent. It's a loose read, but it's all I have right now, and I don't see anyone else as scummy at the moment.

The Rules
Please ensure you are familiar with all the rules before signing up. 0. I am the host of the game and I reserve the right to modkill or sub anyone out those who break the rules.
1. You can only talk about the game in the game thread. Once you are dead you cannot talk to anyone about the game. Knowledge acquired after death cannot be transferred from a dead player to a living player. Outside influences (eg. Threatening, bribes, wagers, promises, alliances, trust tells) are not tolerated.
2. Every user has a role PM. Role PMs may not be shown to other users at any time. All forms of sharing of role PMs is banned.
3. Each day will have a deadline of 72 hours. You may vote to lynch users during the day by posting "Lynch/Vote USER" in bold, or "No Lynch" if you don't want anyone to be lynched (votes will not be counted if they're not in the correct format!). The day will end when a majority is reached. If you wish to change your Vote, post "Unlynch" in bold. If there's a tie in votes upon day end, the first user with the highest number of votes will be lynched.
4. Each night will have a deadline of 24 hours. This gives you 24 hours to submit your night actions through your Role PM and/or Mafia Factional Chat. Note that if you submit actions in the Mafia Factional Chat, it will only be counted if it's bolded and I'm tagged in the same post. If you're not going to perform a night action, reply "Night X - idling". This makes keeping track of things easier and informs me that you're still playing the game.
5. Do not edit your post, if you need to correct something, quote it in a new post and edit in the quote.
6. Only sign up if you know you're going to be at least fairly active. If you are inactive for 48 hours worth of Day Phase, you will be prodded. If you fail to post 24 hours after the previous prod or received more than 2 prods, you will be subbed out,
7. Do not try to exploit any loopholes and technicalities, nor attempt to circumvent the rules.
