Have you ever wanted to try your hand at forums, but was always intimidated by the big walls of posts people make? Have you tried your hand at forums, but still felt a little afraid of the big forum spammers? This game is for you! After interest has been expressed in a forum game geared to those who wish to familiarize themselves with the forum environment, or simply to try out a forum game for the first time, the Newbie GameTM was born!
The Theme

The theme used will be Snaquaza's Journalist Theme.
Quoted from the Theme:
"It's fairly simple, with the only power roles being the Journalists, and the Mafia Framer to counteract that. It can give town clears, but Journalists do not want to claim Day 1 (they can die Night 1 before they inspect). And shouldn't let town know who they are going to inspect next, otherwise they can be framed. Additionally, you cannot play follow-the-cop, as you must make a trade-off! You can either NL and lynch a Journalist Day 2, or don't claim until LyLo and hope Mafia kills them accidentally. The Framer is there to make the results not 100% reliable. This means that Mafia are not completely ruined when killing a Journalist, it will be much harder. And by good play, they may frame a town (although the chance they target the same person isn't large anyway!)."

You win once all players alive are aligned with Mafia, or nothing can prevent this from happening.

The Rules
Please ensure you are familiar with all the rules before signing up.
0. I am the host of the game and I reserve the right to modkill or sub anyone out those who break the rules.
1. You can only talk about the game in the game thread. Once you are dead you cannot talk to anyone about the game. Knowledge acquired after death cannot be transferred from a dead player to a living player. Outside influences (eg. Threatening, bribes, wagers, promises, alliances, trust tells) are not tolerated.
2. Every user has a role PM. Role PMs may not be shown to other users at any time. All forms of sharing of role PMs is banned.
3. Each day will have a deadline of 72 hours. You may vote to lynch users during the day by posting "Lynch/Vote USER" in bold, or "No Lynch" if you don't want anyone to be lynched (votes will not be counted if they're not in the correct format!). The day will end when a majority is reached. If you wish to change your Vote, post "Unlynch" in bold. If there's a tie in votes upon day end, the first user with the highest number of votes will be lynched.
4. Each night will have a deadline of 24 hours. This gives you 24 hours to submit your night actions through your Role PM and/or Mafia Factional Chat. Note that if you submit actions in the Mafia Factional Chat, it will only be counted if it's bolded and I'm tagged in the same post. If you're not going to perform a night action, reply "Night X - idling". This makes keeping track of things easier and informs me that you're still playing the game.
5. Do not edit your post, if you need to correct something, quote it in a new post and edit in the quote.
6. Only sign up if you know you're going to be at least fairly active. If you are inactive for 48 hours worth of Day Phase, you will be prodded. If you fail to post 24 hours after the previous prod or received more than 2 prods, you will be subbed out,
7. Do not try to exploit any loopholes and technicalities, nor attempt to circumvent the rules.
