 Welcome to the new Forum Summer Circuit. This summer, we'll present a series of forum games to you. You will be able to earn points by participating in these. The top three will earn some grand prizes*. The newbie game currently in signups is to prepare you for these games, so go join that if you want to experience some Forum Mafia in advance. There will be two NOC (No Outside Contact) Mafia games, one OC (Outside Contact) Mafia game, one Survivor game, and one FFA / EiMM (Free For All / Everyone is Mafia Mafia). As previously mentioned, do the best overall in these five games, and maybe the prizes will be for you. There'll be a game starting every two weeks, and the event will last for up to three months! Some games may have a specific amount of players who can join. If a few more people join, we'll have to keep them as subs, so be quick to sign up! If there's a lot more demand than the game can take, we'll host multiple Circuit games at the same time. Adjacent events in time are likely to overlap. A Discord will be set up for the games where Outside Contact is allowed. Which includes both non-Mafia games. We expect you to be active on Discord on these, or you'll have to take care of your communication and activity by yourself. Example Games: NOC Mafia: Classic

Sign up by posting in the game thread! They will be linked when they become available. Now what all of you were waiting for, what are the prizes*!? Summer Circuit Point Structure
Mafia Games:
Points will be distributed to award winning game play for either alignment
*Point structure subject to change
**1 Point will be awarded for participation
***Any gamethrowing or other rule breaks will be punished at the discretion of a moderator.
****Any attempts to circumvent the point structure will also be handled at the discretion of a moderator

Each game thread will have a rule-set which you need to read if you plan on joining
Here I'm going to summarize the major points so you don't have to worry about breaking any rules
1)Host(s)' word is law, above all else
2)In the case of No Outside Contact games, only talk about the game within the game thread until it's over
3)Don't edit or delete your posts
4)Be active to the best of your ability, and tell the host early if you need to sub out
5)Have fun, be nice to each other and play fair.
Should any issues arise, there are people in place to help you out:
Problems within the game->Inform the host and they should know what to do from there. The game host will also be able to answer all your mechanical/setup and other game related questions/concerns.
Issues with another user/other disciplinary issues->Bring it to the host and/or a member of staff that isn't in the game
Other general questions about the forums, how they work, what you can and can't do->Ask here!

point requirement has now been changed to make it more difficult for scum to gain points as easily
it was found that values for scum values were similar regardless of whether they won or not
